kits only contain a frame, perspex, stretching board, instructions and
mount* where shown.

To
ensure your project matches and fits the frame kit please stitch it on the
same fabric as shown in the instructions. Please check the count of
your fabric before stitching as sometimes fabric sold as a certain count
actually stitches up small or larger as the count is incorrect. PLEASE
note we make the frames using the measurements taken by us which were used
on framing the original piece shown in the magazine, and do not refer to
the measurements shown in the magazine.

our frames are bespoke and are made specifically to your order and
therefore rules concerning internet selling do not apply.

When
ordering, please allow up to 28 days for despatch of your frame.

cannot be taken by telephone.

You
can order on~line by adding any item into your shopping basket.
Payment is made using Paypal. You do not need to sign up to Paypal
to use Paypal, and can pay as a "one time user". Due to
problems we have experience with regard to cheques, when paying by cheque,
we will not commence work on your order until your cheque has cleared -
please allow 28 days from date cheque clears.

number of our frames can be sent worldwide and where applicable there is
an overseas ordering button.

secure and cost effective option, so we can continue to bring you frames
at excellent prices.

All
UK orders are despatched using recorded delivery.

If
you wish for whatever reason a delivery to be made after a certain date
please let us know. If you are out when the postman calls he will
leave a card through your door for you to arrange re-delivery of the
parcel. If you do not collect your parcel within 7 days then it is
returned to us. To ensure that we supply our frames at the very best
costs to you, we regret you will have to be responsible for the redelivery
fee of the parcel. If for any reason the postman has not left a
card, then you will have to take this matter up direct with your sorting
office once you have received your parcel.

If
for any reason you have any problems with your parcel when it arrives,
please accept our apologies. From time to time things do get damaged
in the post. Please contact us immediately All damages must
be reported within 7 days of receipt, and we will replace the
damaged part of the kit. We do not offer refunds. With regard to the
perspex, there is a protective sheet on both sides which needs to be
removed. This is put on by the factory to keep it safe. But we
are happy to help with any queries of problems you may have.

Please
note to keep costs down, as we appreciate the costs involved, we use
recycled cardboard and packing materials. Unfortunately some
customers have objected to us using recycled boxes and we make no apology
for doing so, this is not only good for the environment but keeps the cost
of the frame as low as possible.

We
aim to have all framing offers available for a minimum of 12 months, if
not longer. However occasionally the moulding manufacturer we use
may decide to discontinue a moulding and we may either have to offer a
substitute or withdraw the offer. The discontinuation of mouldings
are beyond our control

These
kits are not designed for Children, and every care must be taken. We
accept no liability for injury or damage caused when using these kits.
Please dispose of all packing carefully and in a responsible manner and
keep all small pieces away from children

warranty is given or implied that any particular item we offer is fit for
any particular purpose. As we have no control over the way our
products are used, customers must ascertain for themselves that an item is
suitable for the intended purpose. Our liability in this and any
event is strictly limited to the value of the invoiced item concerned.
